1. Return Policy

Sowbaghya does not engage in returns once a product has been delivered to the customer's premise. The only exception to this policy is if the product is found to be damaged inside the sealed box at the time of unboxing.

2. Damage Claims (Mandatory Requirements)

How to file a claim:

• Step 1: Record the unboxing video (continuous, start to finish).
• Step 2: Share the video along with your purchase invoice via:

Our team will thoroughly review the footage and get back to you as soon as possible.

3. Replacements and Refunds

If a claim is approved by our in-house team:

• Replacement: If the product is found to be damaged or unusable, a new product will be shipped to your address as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.
• Refund: If the product is out of stock, we will refund the full invoice value to the original bank account used for payment.
• Timeline: Once a refund is approved, the process is initiated immediately. You will typically receive the refund within 7–14 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not entertain any requests for Exchanges once a product has been shipped and delivered to the customer’s premise.

5. Quality Assurance

We assure you that all Sowbaghya products undergo first-quality testing before being launched in the market to ensure they meet our rigorous standards for performance and safety.
